A forty-five person agency who’s founder parted ways with his partner who was seen as the company’s “Mom.” Over the course of a year, worked with the agency owner to develop his soft skills, strategic plan & implementation of an agency management team.

We work with all types of creative firms (and agencies), digital firms, production services firms & internal marketing, brand and creative teams. Agency (or internal marketing team) sizes that work best for us are from 1 to 500 people. Our engagements typically start out with firm executives or member(s) of a management / leadership team and extends down to working with internal teams. However, our process is collaborative and over the course of our work together, we will work closely with folks at all levels of your organization.

We prefer to work directly with you and your team on-site initially, and then adapt to a mixed on-site and remote style of working.

During our consulting and assessment sessions, we look at finding solutions to your problems holistically. We help you creative an organizational environment, culture and dynamics that positive, receptive and reinforcing. We interview you and individual team members, collecting data and reviewing relevant materials. We then make recommendations based on your unique situation. Our recommendations always include an action plan and advice on how to prioritize the recommendations moving forward. Then we help you work through implementing these important next steps in a phased collaborative approach to ensure success.
