Agency Assessment

This assessment tool is used to get an impression of the quality of the most important cultural, communication, processes and practices in your agency.  This assessment is being done independent of the agency, by Makr Consulting.

It takes about 30 minutes to complete this exercise. Your information in the assessment will be shared as a synopsis and as a combined agency weighted score only. Names will not be shared and will remain anonymous and comments will be converted into actionable feedback. 

The results of this assessment will help to provide a starting point for future goal making in the company, to help improve the agency's culture, performance and address any problems.
